Why on earth did I read that as Rita Ora first time?! 😂
#STOMP STOMP
^RAH!
5 year old me in the dragon costume my dad got me, refusing to take it off for 5 days straight
That really is adorable, reminds me of my 3 year old pretending to be a dinosaur, lol
What a cute pokemon
OMG so cute, where do I get one?
It’s the roar that my mom made when we were playing with toys as a kid…
“Do the roar!”
^(“Ryaagh!)”
I loved the old Japanese Godzilla movies as a kid.
I almost cried. That was the cutest thing I’ve seen all week.
Okay, I need an edit of that movie with the unedited monster roars of all actors
Bwaah!
Just makes you want to capture one in a ball and pit it against other adorable monsters.
Someone should edit the woman who screams “FRANCE!” into this…
What a Baragon of perfection.
Most terrifying roar ever.
im glad she enjoyed herself lmao
Holy crap, this is *exactly* what my two-year old sounds like when he’s playing with dinosaurs. Like, it’s *identical sounding*.
I think we all would do the same if we had the opportunity to put on a monster suit and stomp around a miniature city. This is every child’s dream come true!
Imagine if a gargantuan monster appeared and just suddenly started going ‘rawww… rawr’ just like that lmaooo
My new kitten on it’s way to demand food for the third time that hour
It’s true, those were adorable *roars*.
I need an edit of Godzillas roar being replaced by that. I NEED IT.
^^Raahh
This made me laugh so hard
If you’re wondering, the film in question is 2001’s “Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack” (I am not making this up, the official English name is that long).
Interestingly Rie Ota is the first suit actress to portray a monster in the Godzilla series, but the second in kaiju films and third overall in kaiju live action media including TV shows.
Yumi Kameyama, who portrayed Super Gyaos in 1995’s “Gamera: Guardian of the Universe”, is the first suit actress to portray a monster in a Gamera movie and kaiju films in general and the second in live action media in general if counting shows..
Jennie Kaplan who portrayed Pigmon in the TV show “Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero” is the first suit actress for a kaiju in all live action media. Which weirdly was released on home media in December of 1993 first but then aired on TV for the first time in 1995.
EDIT: Turns out Mayumi Aguni has them all beat, playing the monster Lilliput in the 1991 film “Zeiram”. Though that’s getting into semantics about does an human sized alien count as a kaiju. Pigmon isn’t giant sized but he counts as a kaiju.
EDIT 2: Naoko Kamio would be the second suit actress to play monsters in the Godzilla franchise, playing Minilla and Rodan in 2004’s “Godzilla: Final Wars”.
