Seen this many times and it always makes me smile.
What’s the backstory on this penguin (besides the fact that Norway is cold). Norway doesn’t have any natural penguins that were not brought there by humans, so it’s not like they are celebrating indigenous wildlife.
Is this a beloved zoo animal? Did he do a tour in Nam?
