Put a cloak on it and call it Ghost of Christmas Future.
Put a Santa hat on him
The optimal thing to do is not to have removed Christmas decorations from last year, just add a little sign in February “only 11 months til Christmas”

I think half the houses I’ve seen with these mega skeletons still have theirs up. It might just be one skeleton but that’s enough for you to not be alone.
