When my kids were young and we were poor, McDonald’s charged $1 for 4 nuggets and $2.49 for a 6 piece box.

Taco bell did this crap when they had the 10 peice box for $14. A taco was only 1.19 then. The only way it was worth it is if you got 10 burritos instead.

To be fair, Texas isn’t known for is math skills.
I am seeing an arbitrage opportunity here. You can hang out in the DQ and when someone goes to buy the taco meal, offer it for five cents less and then buy the singles and give it to them. This is potentially a multi-million-dollar business. Shark Tank here I come!
