I saw the first one twice, and can’t remember a single thing about it. I vaguely recall that Chris Evans was in it, and he was a dick, but that’s the extent of my memory of the film.
Saw this last week at the Chicago Film Fest and can’t wait to see it again. Only a week in theaters is disappointing, the audience added so much to the experience. Highly recommend seeing this in theaters if you can!
Very excited. I really liked the first one. My fave scene is the one where they read Harlan’s will. Harlan basically roasted his entire family from beyond the grave.
Saw it at TIFF and then again at LFF and it gets better with each viewing. Superb filmmaking and writing, and the cast is clearly having a ball. It’s very different stylistically from the first one, but it also does more daring things with the structure. Almost like inviting the audience along to participate in a way few other films of its kind do.
I watched the first one for the first time last week and it was a solid mystery film. Was pleasantly surprised. So I’ll definitely watch the second one, especially with Craig reprising the same role as the detective.
Do you think they roll a dice to see who the killer is in movies like this to keep it random so people aren’t like “it was a man last time, so its totally going to be a girl in this film”
It would be really funny if people watch this movie and it turned out to be a romantic comedy. Then I could say I love it because it subverts your expectations…
Isnt handsome hawke in this film?
Shit poster
I really don’t get the rollout here.
Sure, one week in theaters over Thanksgiving, great. But then keep it in theaters or release it on Netflix December 1.
There’s going to be three weeks where the only way in the world to watch this is bootlegs. Why??

Has Edward Norton’s head always been that big?
Theatrical preview on Nov 23 but releases a month later on Netflix? Wtf? Why such a long wait Netflix?
Will the mystery be that no one else was in the room where it happened?

Bruh this is coming this December!
First a donut, now an onion.
Ed Norton did it. I have a primal fear about him.
Did it get delayed?
Batista bout to shoot his dick off
murderer is definitely Edward Norton. Can’t trust that sneak
It’s interesting that the branding for the sequels is just the title of the first movie. The name Benoit Blanc carries no weight whatsoever.
Saw it at TIFF. Loved it. Maybe better than the first one, just a ton of fun and worth seeing with an audience!
The tree did it. Look how evil that tree is.
I love Janelle Monae.
What a shitty, shitty, shit poster.
The first was so good – it deserves a good sequel, and that deserves a good poster.
Why do movie posters utilize these semi-realistic art styles with weird proportions? They’re like quasi- caricature drawings.
Amazing Janelle Monae is third billed
In Daniel Craig’s southern accent “this case is like a glass onion. It seems clear at first, but as you peel back the layers, it stinks more and more.
Anyone know where I can get a 4K rectangular version of this?
Are they gonna tell us about Strawberry Fields?
Kathryn Hahn looks amazing!
Huge spoiler alert! If you look at the top of the poster all the names of the actors are there, smh.
Ed norton looks like that dude from beavis and butthead
Nice to see Ed Norton making movies again. I thought he was banned from the industry for being a pain in the ass.
If this results in a Janelle Monae/Leslie Odom Jr. musical collab I won’t say no to it
Got bored and looked up OPs history and noticed that they sure love breaking news first for different subs. That doesn’t sound like a plant at all.
Very excited. I really liked the first one. My fave scene is the one where they read Harlan’s will. Harlan basically roasted his entire family from beyond the grave.
God I am so excited, seeing the first one in theaters was awesome

Why do they all look like sims
Is that Ellen Degeneres?
Ruin Johnson? Hard pass
Saw it on Sunday, and I absolutely loved it. Might have liked it even more than the first one, if I’m being honest!
Despite a good cast, the first movie was pretty bad. But this looks like a straight to DVD release with shit lineup

I bet the white man did it
I have a feeling this movie is going to shit the bed
Looks good. Kathryn Hahn is great in everything.
I saw the premier at TIFF where most of the cast came after the movie! I definitely recommend watching it if you liked the first one.
Do you think they roll a dice to see who the killer is in movies like this to keep it random so people aren’t like “it was a man last time, so its totally going to be a girl in this film”
I’m going to say some tint extremely controversial
I didn’t enjoy the original
Whodunit! Is my fav movie genre. So glad to see it getting some love.
