That’s Uncle Jared. This picture was taken at Aunt Ethel’s wedding. He was demobbed only three weeks earlier and had to borrow the suit from a friend.
He finally stopped grinning like a mad man all the time a couple of months later.
Looks a lot like my grandfather and uncle. We all ended up with that same nose.
