fake martial arts. more a dancing class. one of my friends got beaten up despite practicing karate for years.
Considering her age it’s fine but a single board break with an off-balanced sidekick is not worthy of a black belt

That’s the opposite of martial arts
Perfect example of why some martial arts schools are worthless. Belts in martial arts are supposed to be a measure of skill (as I understand it at least). Fair play to this lady for being able to do these things at her age, but I mean, come on like, this is a joke.
