>a new mystery-horror about a group of European migrants whose journey to New York turns into a nightmare when they come across another ship adrift on the ocean
Dark was the best show Netflix ever put out, and arguably the best television show I’ve ever seen. Yes, comparable with The Wire or Hannibal or the like.
It’s going to be a *serious* challenge to deliver something that good, and I can’t wait to see them try.
Oh damn I had no idea this was going to be an English language production.
Was hyped no matter what already but that is a pleasant surprise. I watch plenty of stuff with subtitles and have no problem with that and Dark is one of my favorite shows of all time but I don’t mind being able to look away occasionally while still listening and being able to follow conversations.
I’m so excited for this. Season 1 of Dark is amazing, season 2 & 3 are great but had too much exposition. If this series veers in the direction of Dark season 1 this will be fantastic
Hopefully the dialogue is better than Dark, and they have most of it planned out from the start so that the internal logic doesn’t fall apart as they reach the conclusion. Dark was a unique and enjoyable watch but had some real shortcomings in the writing
Started re-watching Dark recently and it’s honestly even better to me the 2nd time around. I’m so psyched for all the twists and turns and to see my girlfriend react to them (she’s loving it too).
Hopefully this is just as good but even if it’s half as good it’ll still be a worthwhile show. I’m not that taken by the trailer but I trust them completely.
Netflix bringing some heat today with this and *The Midnight Club*.
Omg I didn’t even know this was coming. This looks amazing!
Hopefully this is successful enough that it convinces even some of the more subtitle-averse people to give Dark a shot!
I’m so ready for this! I’ll watch anything from the “Dark” creators!
Don’t even need to watch the trailer and I’m sold. The creators of *Dark* have me for life (or however the cycle plays itself out)
1899, eh? Good year for some boahs, not so good for others.
Hell yes!!! What a great surprise for a shitty Monday.. definitely overdue for a rewatch of Dark
my body is ready and was ready in june of 2055 and also in june of 1989

getting some coherence vibes for some reason
As somebody who just got into “Dark,” I am sooooooo excited for this!
Nice to see Qyburn from GoT and Jonas back from Dark
“Coming Soon”…
I’m ready to get my brain melted again~!

Oh wow…

This looks great.
Giving the involvement of creators of ‘Dark’, I’m excited to see what they will come up with.
The founding date of my beloved club.
Is this gonna be in English or German?
This is going to be the best new series of the year, looks fucking amazing. It’ll surpass the quality of House of the Dragon.
There is no way that this entire thread isn’t just filled with astroturfed comments.
Don’t know shit about it, but I am all in. Dark was elite sci-fi

Stop, I can only get so erect.
Wait this is a show? Looks like a good premise for a movie but I’m down either way.
I’m just glad there’s a cool looking mysterious device that seems central to the plot.
Why not German. Loses allure
I’ve heard many people say Dark is the best thing on Netflix….. Americans btw. And not many disagree.
That’s saying something
I have no clue what this is about but I’m all on board.
Dark was freaking phenomenal
This looks amazing, though I acknowledge my love of Dark might be influencing my opinion. Either way, this is my most anticipated show of the year.
Fuck this looks super promising! I wonder if it will be out this year.
Not to be confused with *1883* or the upcoming *1932*.
Don’t even need to see the trailer, I’m in.

I’ll re-subscribe to Netflix for this. I was going to wait until the 2nd half of Stranger Things dropped.
Man, the Yellowstone universe just continues to grow and grow.
I see adult Jonas. I’m in.
