Gotta say, I’m disappointed he wasn’t a choppah pilot.
On YouTube somewhere he tells a great story of accidentally driving a tank through a wall at the base and getting in trouble.
Didn’t he buy the tank he used to drive and ship it to the states ?

Thought they normally put smaller people in tanks. It’s what my recruiter said anyway. Said there’s not a lot of space in those things so I ended up in the infantry.

No. It is impossible for a tank to drive another tank!
He started bodybuilding years before this (age 15, I think), and he didn’t want to lose muscle mass during his time in the army so he packed a weight set on the tank and he & a buddy got up at 4AM every morning and lifted weights.
