It was fun, godfather 2 had a mechanic I love too where you can send your minions away to do things for you.
I love it for similar reasons I love Saints Row 2. Good character creator, and working your way up from gangster henchman to the big boss.
And to do that with a GTA style sandbox? I love it. I need more games like this.
I’m still annoyed that the 360 edition is no longer backwards compatible with the current gen! I brought my copy from my parents’ place to my current apartment, super psyched about running through it again, just for my console to say it can’t run the game.
Every time i own this game, i end up having to move. This game is cursed
Haven’t given it a try yet. Hoping they could remaster it.
Finally!!! Every time there’s a post about underappreciated games or the like I have to comment this and no one cares. This game does not get nearly enough love, it had no business being as good as it was!
The god father was such an incredible game. Took what “The warriors” game did and really expounded on it.
Had no idea this was a game, i feel like i missed out.
A truly underrated game. I loved this game growing up
My friend plays this all the time, its a classic. It’s a really fun game, we wish it had a remaster.
Awesome game.
I think shortly after I played “Mafia”.
Can’t really remember much of either, but know it was one of the few games that I would actually beat and finish.
It was indeed a very good game. I thought they did a really good job of integrating a new character into already known story. Gameplay was fun too.
This game was so good for its time. Honestly will need to pick this up again in the future. 10/10
One of my all time favorites! I had the Wii version called The Blackhand edition iirc. You had to act out the garrote wire execution with the cord that connected the remote with the nunchuck. It was amazing.
